Campaign Period:

This Campaign runs from 12:00 a.m. (00:00:00) on 1 July 2026 until 11:59 p.m. (23:59:59) on 31 December 2026 (“Campaign Period”).

Redemption can be made during the Campaign Period after meeting all required conditions.

All entries received outside the Campaign Period will be automatically void. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Campaign Period at any time without prior notice. All entries received outside the Campaign Period will be disqualified.

Eligibility Requirements:

All entries must be received by the Organizer on or before 11:59 p.m. (23:59:59) on 31 December 2026. 

Any entries received after this period will not be accepted and will be automatically disqualified.

Entry Deadline:

  1. This Campaign is open to all permanent residents and citizens of Malaysia aged eighteen (18) years and above with valid identification (MyKad or MyPR) at the start of the Campaign Period [each an “Entrant” and collectively, the “Entrants”]. The Organizer reserves the right to request identification documents as proof of verification of an Entrant’s identity.
  2. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in this Campaign:

Employees of the Organizer [including its affiliated and related companies] and their immediate family members [children, parents, siblings, including spouse]; and/or

Representatives, employees, staff, and/or agents of the Organizer’s advertising and/or promotional service providers [including its affiliated and related companies], and their immediate family members [children, parents, siblings, including spouse]; and/or

Individuals who have a direct connection with employees of the Organizer [including its affiliated and related companies].

Steps to Participate:

To be eligible to redeem Touch ‘n Go eWallet (TNG eWallet) Reload PIN, a minimum purchase of one (1) Brand’s® Essence of Chicken 42g with thirteen (13) digit unique code printed in the bottle (unique code example: 1234567890123) or one (1) Brand’s® Essence of Chicken 70g (“Participating Product”) with thirteen (13) digit unique code printed in the bottle (unique code example: 1234567890123) is required.

Participation Requirements:


• Entrants must add BRAND’S Malaysia as a new contact on WhatsApp by saving the mobile phone number: +6012-6026200 (“Platform”) . 
• Entrants are required to register for the Campaign via the Platfom by providing their full name (as shown in their MyKad or MyPR) and mobile phone number or any other personal information as may be required.
• Entrants must scan the thirteen (13) digit unique code provided on the Participating Product through Platform to redeem TNG eWallet Reload PIN.
• Entries will be disqualified if the thirteen (13) digit unique code is used more than once.
• All entries must be submitted no later than 31 December 2026, 23:59:59 (“ClosingDate”).
• The Organizer reserves the right to reject any entries received after the Closing Date.
• The Organizer reserves the right to restrict each entrant to one user account on the Platform, linked to one mobile phone number and one name as reflected on their MyKad or MyPR.

Terms and Conditions for redeeming TNG eWallet Reload PIN

• TNG eWallet Reload PIN shall be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of generation and shall not be visible on the Platform. Entrant are solely responsible for monitoring the expiry of the TNG eWallet Reload PIN.
• Entrants will receive cashback in the form of TNG eWallet Reload PIN which may be redeemed in the Entrants’ TNG eWallet. Upon clicking the “Open TNG eWallet” button through the Platform, the TNG eWallet system (“System”) shall deem the TNG eWallet Reload PIN to have been redeemed within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of such click, regardless of the Entrant has completed the redemption process and the TNG eWallet Reload PIN shall not be visible on the Platform.
• In the event of any malfunction, interruption, or failure of the Platform or System whether within the Organizer’s control or otherwise, which result in loss, delay or failure in the issuance, transmission or redemption of
any TNG eWallet Reload PIN, the Organizer reserves the right to assess and determine, at the sole discretion, the appropriate cashback amount. 
Such decision shall be final, binding and not subject to appeal. Any 
objections and/or complaints through any medium will not be entertained.
• The Organizer reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any accumulated cashback amount at any time.
• Each Entrant is only permitted to scan one (1) unique code per day.
• Only purchases of Participating Product made within the Campaign Period will be eligible.
• Entrants shall indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer against any loss, damage, liability or expense arising from fraudulent or unauthorized use of the TNG eWallet Reload PIN and/or breach of these Terms and 
Conditions.
• The Organizer reserves the right to introduce additional terms and conditions at any time. Any such updates will be announced on the Campaign’s official website.

Use of the Platform

• The Organizer does not warrant that the Platform will be error free and shall not be liable for any errors, including any resulting loss of participation rights.
• The Organizer does not guarantee that the Platform is free from viruses or other harmful elements that may affect Entrants’ devices.
• Access to the Platform may be temporarily restricted from time to time to allow maintenance, repairs or the introduction of new services. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any system issues arising from browsers or other third-party programs.
• The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or block access to the Platform and/or modify or remove any content that it deems, at its sole discretion, to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Any use of information or media on the Platform by Entrants are undertaken at their own risk and responsibility.

Cashback conditions applicable to monthly scans of Participating Products:

Upon participating and scanning the first and subsequent Participating Products within the Campaign period in accordance with the following requirements, the Participants shall be eligible to receive special cashback 
as outlined below:

For the avoidance of doubt, the first scan shall be determined based on a rolling month, being a period of thirty (30) days commencing from the date of successful registration for the Campaign via the Platform. For example, the date of successful registration for the Campaign via the Platform is made on 10 July 2026, the rolling thirty (30) days period will commence on 10 July 2026 and end on 8 August 2026.

Monthly Reward Mission: Second month onwards from participating the Campaign

 A new rolling month period shall commence immediately upon the expiry of the preceding thirty (30) day period, at which point the Participant’s eligibility for scans to receive cashback shall reset.

ii. Seven (7) Days Streak Mission: Special Bonus

If participants scan a Participating Product for seven (7) consecutive days , the Participants will receive a special bonus of MYR 5.00. Each participant shall be entitled to a maximum of MYR 5.00 as a special bonus per rolling month period from second month onwards, and any excess scans shall be automatically disregarded.
• The Organizer reserves the right to introduce additional terms and conditions at any time. Any such updates will be announced on the Campaign’s official website.
• Cashback received in the form of TNG eWallet Reload PIN is strictly non-transferable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable and may not be redeemed by third party in any form or manner other than as specified herein by the Organizer.

 

B: Participation Terms & Conditions

The Schedule of Participation Requirements shall be read together with this Participation Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Notice contained in this document and the Privacy Policy available on the Organizer’s website (collectively referred to as the “Terms & Conditions”) and shall apply to all Entrants participating in this Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “Entrants” or “Participants”). By participating in this Campaign, Entrants are deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.

Rights of the Organizer

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to automatically disqualify any Entrant for incomplete, illegible, damaged, late submissions, or entries without valid proof of purchase.
  2. Entrants and Participants shall bear full responsibility and liability for any loss, mishap, injury, damage, claim, or accident (including death) arising from their participation in this Campaign, the
    redemption and/or use of prizes, and agree to release the Organizer and its agencies from any claim relating to injury, accident, loss of life, economic loss, or otherwise.
  3. By participating in this Campaign, Entrants agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions. The Organizer’s decision is final and conclusive. No correspondence, appeal, inquiry, or protest will
    be entertained. Entrants further agree not to take any action against the Organizer.
  4. Entrants grant consent to the Organizer and/or any third-party agent(s) (“Agencies”) appointed by the Organizer to process their personal data for purposes related to this Campaign.
  5. Each Entrant agrees to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes related to this Campaign and represents and warrants that all 
    information provided is true and accurate in all respects.
  6. Prize values are correct at the time of printing. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  7. Lost or damaged prizes during delivery and unsuccessful redemption of the TNG eWallet Reload PIN will not be replaced. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any obligation to replace or fulfill such prizes or TNG eWallet Reload PIN.
  8. The Organizer reserves the absolute right to disqualify any Entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process or Campaign operation and reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals believed to have engaged in fraudulent or harmful activities relating to this Campaign.
  9. The Organizer shall not be responsible or liable for any prize/product/voucher/e-voucher and expressly disclaims any representation, warranty, or endorsement, whether express or implied, written, or oral, including but not limited to warranties of quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose, health, or safety. Prizes/products/vouchers/e- vouchers are provided by the brand owner under such terms and conditions as determined by the brand owner. Any disputes arising from or relating to prizes/products/vouchers/e-vouchers must be resolved directly between the consumer and the brand owner.
  10. If this Campaign is disrupted in any way or is unable to be conducted as reasonably expected due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend the Terms & Conditions, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Campaign, if necessary, without prior notice.

Publicity

11. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute consent given to the Organizer and its agencies to use the Entrant’s name and/or photograph for publicity, advertising, and/or marketing purposes without any prior notice and/or compensation.

Compliance with the Terms & Conditions

12.  By participating in this Campaign, Participants are deemed to have read and agreed to all terms and conditions contained herein and shall comply with all and/or any decisions made by the Organizer.

Amendments to the Terms & Conditions

13. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, delete, or add to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, and Participants shall be bound by such amendments.

14.  In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity, or discrepancy between the Bahasa Malaysia version and the English version, or any other language version of these Terms & Conditions, the version published on the Campaign’s official website shall prevail.

Suspension

15. The Organizer also reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or postpone this Campaign in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Personal Data Protection

16. The Organizer takes reasonable precautions to securely store Participants’ personal data and requires its third-party data processors to do the same. Please note, however, that the Organizer may disclose Participants’ personal data if it is necessary for the purposes of organizing this Campaign. or if required to do so by law, or pursuant to a search warrant, subpoena, or court order.
Intellectual Property.

17.  Participants agree that all materials submitted by them for the purposes of this Campaign shall become the property of the Organizer. Where applicable, copyright and all intellectual property rights (including moral rights) subsisting in all such materials, whether digital or non-digital (for example, videos and images), shall vest in the Organizer upon submission.

18.  Except for the copyright and intellectual property rights relating to prizes won by Participants, all copyrights and intellectual property rights (including moral rights) subsisting in patents, trademarks,
proprietary rights contained in the products referred to in these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to BRAND’S® products, shall belong to the Organizer, whether registered in the name of the Organizer or otherwise.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

19. The Campaign and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and all disputes relating to the Campaign and these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive 
jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Privacy Notice under Section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA")

Under the PDPA, various requirements regulate the processing of your personal data as an individual ["Individual"]. It informs the Individual of your rights under the PDPA, including actions Individuals may take to exercise such rights and their consequences.

By participating in this Campaign and/or providing your personal data to the Organizer, you have read and understood the Privacy Policy [https://brandsworld.com.my/privacy-policy/] and that you 
agree to the processing of your personal data by the Organizer in accordance with the said Privacy Policy.

  1. That we ["Organizer"] collect an Individual's personal data directly from the redemption form entry on [https://crm.brandsworld.com.my] or via the Platform.
  2. Individual’s personal data is collected for purposes related to carrying out this Campaign, including but not limited to Organizer’s product promotions, marketing activities, opinion surveys, and data analysis for future product development;
  3. The personal data given is required for the purposes related to carrying out this Campaign, and all incomplete entries will render the Individual’s participation void;
  4. Individual has the right to withdraw his/her consent for the Organizer to process his/her personal data but this will render the Individual’s participation void;
  5. Individual's personal data is disclosed to an elected Agency for processing for purposes related to this Campaign;
  6. Individual may opt-in his/her consent on the redemption form entry on [https://crm.brandsworld.com.my] or via the Platform to consent the Organizer to collect, use and disclose his/her personal information for the Organizer to offer news related to its products, promotions, marketing activities, opinion surveys and data analysis for future product development; and for the Organizer to process his/her email and/or telephone number for 
    retargeting advertisements and media via mobile or web-based platforms and third-party websites;
  7. Individual has the right to access and correct their personal data once given;
  8. Individual’s personal data will be validated upon confirming the Participants, and if there are changes to the personal data, the Individual is required to update the Organizer; and if the
    Individual wishes to make enquiries or give feedback, please contact 1300 228 300 or customercare_my@suntory.com on Mondays to Fridays, from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm (weekdays, 
    except for state / public holidays).

  5. Individu boleh memilih untuk memberikan persetujuan melalui borang penebusan di 
    [https://crm.brandsworld.com.my] atau melalui Platform bagi membolehkan Penganjur mengumpul, menggunakan dan mendedahkan maklumat peribadi mereka untuk tujuan 
    menawarkan berita berkaitan produk, promosi, aktiviti pemasaran, tinjauan pendapat, dan analisis data untuk pembangunan produk pada masa hadapan; serta membolehkan Penganjur memproses alamat emel dan/atau nombor telefon mereka bagi tujuan iklan semula (retargeting) serta media melalui platform mudah alih, berasaskan web dan laman sesawang 
    pihak ketiga;
  6. Individu mempunyai hak untuk mengakses dan membetulkan data peribadi mereka setelah 
    diberikan;
  7. Data peribadi Individu akan disahkan semasa pengesahan peserta, dan sekiranya terdapat
